BGA and CSP Rework consist of BGA X-ray inspection, BGA removal, BGA placement
and BGA reballing. These services include profile development, X-ray and visual
inspection and under-site inspection. Such methods include the use of
Conceptronic’s Freedom2000 rework station, Nicolet NXR400, Temperature controlled solder
irons and custom engineering fixtures and stencils.
